Covers • Hospital Coverage, and • Skilled Nursing Care Deductible/Coinsurance of: • $1,676 for 2025 per benefit period for the first 60 days, and • $419 for 2025 per day for days 61-90, and • $838 for 2025 per day for days in excess of 90 • Skilled nursing care coinsurance $209.50 for 2025 per day for 21st day to 100th day • Deductible and coinsurance are per benefit period • No maximum out-of-pocket 45 MEDICARE PART A EXCLUSIONS • Part A does NOT cover: • Hospital stay beyond 90 days • Unless lifetime reserve days • Services provided outside the U.S. • Skilled nursing beyond 100 days • Must be hospitalized at least 3 days to receive coverage for skilled nursing • Custodial care
