3. Account Registration & Security

To access features on the portal, you must register an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security leaks. The system restricts client accounts from directly executing master database updates, requiring administrative review queues to modify official records.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use the Services only for lawful business operations. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the directory or workflows.
• Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or coordinate cyber attacks.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass safe-area layout parameters.
• Provide false licensing credentials or impersonate other consultants.

5. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

Warren & Associations, LLC provides an optional SMS notification service (the "SMS Program") for registered users of Warren AI (WAgents). By opting into the SMS Program during account registration or through your account settings:

• Program Description: The SMS Program sends account security alerts, multi-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes, appointment and consultation scheduling reminders, and platform operational notices.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your platform activity and scheduled consultations.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 (817) 646-0588. Upon texting STOP, we will send an SMS confirmation of your unsubscription. You will not receive additional messages unless you opt back in by texting START.
