Floor and Carry Forward • OBBBA creates a 0.5% (AGI) floor for charitable contributions deductions. • Deductions disallowed due to AGI ceiling limitations may be carried over for five years (in FIFO order). • Carry forward amount is increased by the amount disallowed for that contribution due to the 0.5% floor.
