CONTRIBUTIONS 2024: • Catch-up contributions made by high wage earners must be Roth contributions • Wages from the sponsoring employer > $145,000 (in 2024 and 2025) during the prior year • DELAYED to 2026 (IRS Notice 2023-62) 2025: • Increased contribution limit for employees who attain age 60, 61, 62, or 63 during the taxable year • Greater of: 1. 150% of regular catch-up limit (making the limit $11,250 in 2025), or 2. $10,000 (in 2025)
