Spouse Beneficiary – Options 1. Receive distributions over single life expectancy (recalculated) from the Single Life Table 2. Rollover to IRA in own name and delay distributions until own RBD Nonspouse Beneficiary – Options 1. Distribute over longer of single life expectancy of beneficiary or deceased participant (reduce by one in both cases) • Must rollover to an inherited IRA (titled as deceased participant IRA for the benefit (FBO) the beneficiary) No Beneficiary – Options 1. Distribute over remaining single life expectancy of deceased participant (reduce by one) DEATH BEFORE 2020: BEFORE RBD Spouse Beneficiary - Options 1. Receive distributions over single life expectancy (recalculated) from the Single Life Table, beginning when participant would have reached RBD 2. Rollover to IRA in own name and delay distributions until own RBD 3. Distribute within 5 years Nonspouse Beneficiary - Options 1. Distribute over single life expectancy of beneficiary (reduce by one) • Must roll to inherited IRA 2. Distribute within 5 years No Beneficiary - Options 1. Distribute within 5 years
