Engaged in Texas real estate since 2008, Shelley brings extensive expertise across commercial land acquisition, retail site selection, investment portfolio expansion, and luxury residential sales throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Over her 18-year real estate career, Shelley has personally trained and mentored more than 200 licensed Texas real estate agents, instilling rigorous market analysis, client representation ethics, and negotiation excellence. TREC license is registered under her legal name Dawei Wang.
