A distinguished DFW civic and business leader, John served as Mayor and City Council Member of Southlake, Texas from May 2004 to June 2015. He is also the Co-Founder and Principal of Hunter Chase Development Partners, Partner at Carillon Crown LLC, and President of Commercial Real Estate Strategic Partners. Previously serving as Vice President of Commercial Development at DFW International Airport, John brings unrivaled expertise in municipal planning, commercial development, zoning entitlements, public-private partnerships, and institutional real estate investments.
