Mr. Ni is an experienced intellectual property attorney and registered patent attorney. He concentrates his practice on patent and commercial litigation. Additionally, he advises clients on transactional matters as outside general counsel. Furthermore, he advises clients on other aspects of intellectual property, including patent prosecution, due diligence, licensing and trademarks. Mr. Ni has been named by Super Lawyer as a Rising Star from 2012-2018 and has also been named by D Magazine as one of the best lawyers in 2015. Prior to founding Ni, Wang & Massand, PLLC, Mr. Ni was an attorney at Patton Boggs, LLP, and at McKool Smith, P.C. Mr. Ni speaks Mandarin Chinese and also understands the Shanghai dialect.
